21 Peter Forsberg is a documentary from SVT about Swedish ice hockey player Peter Forsberg's career, and was broadcast in SVT 1 on December 26, 2011. The program follows his career in the boycott, Modo Hockey's A-team, the Swedish national team and finally in the NHL. The TV broadcast was a success and was seen by 950,000 viewers, while 20,000 people on the same day followed the program in SVT Play. In the documentary he claimed that Sweden made a lay match at the 2006 Olympic tournament in Turin against Slovakia to get easier travel in the playoffs. After this came out, there was great debate in the media. The international ice hockey association also contacted the Swedish hockey association to get an explanation for this. The documentary won the "Best Price Documentary Award" in Milan in December 2012. In September 2013, it received the "Best Foreign Program" award at the International Sports Film Festival in Samara, Russia.
