Leslie declares that Elliot is his own worst enemy. Laura resigns as Dr. Rossi's office secretary, and Leslie suggests that she give up on trying to ""break"" Dr. Rossi. Norman brags to Rodney that he has a date with Allison, prompting a snowball fight between brothers. Laura reveals to Dr. Rossi that she intends to use the money he paid for Dr. Brooks' practice to enjoy a trip around the world, admitting that she is defeated where Rossi is concerned. At the boarding house, landlady Mrs. Hewitt tells Elliot that one resident has already moved out rather than live under the same roof as him [a ""murderer""].
