TSE laments over CANDY's death and is angry since the police do not have sufficient evidence to charge LONG. SEK tries to avenge on LONG but fails. On the contrary, he himself is killed by LONG. Again owing to sufficient evidence LONG is released. Besides, LONG accuses TSE of threatening him. TSE is forced to take a vacation. CANDY's father is released from prison and is sad to learn of the death of his children. He goes to avenge on LONG and again fails. He is in the end beaten and has to stay in the hospital. TSE feels disappointed and disillusioned since he feels that even law cannot maintain justice. He loses confidence in the work of enforcing law and justice and he decides to resign. AU invites KUAN to join him in his business but is refused by KUAU. LUK HUNG KAI now becomes AU's accountant and is of great help to AU.
