As CHUEN does not want her children to be involved, she takes refuge in the Philippines alone. Meanwhile CHUN is receiving treatment in hospital, WAI stays in school, SING helps FAT in selling fish. CHUEN's good friend KING promises to take care of KEUNG and MEI for CHUEN. In the Philippines, CHUEN is framed having killed the inn-owner and is sentenced twenty-year imprisonment. After eighteen years, CHUEN saves an infant in a big fire occurring in the prison.
