Carpenter Jeff Devlin takes on his latest project, a 1785 stone farmhouse owned by the Vitale family in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. The Vitales love the historic charm of their living room, which is almost completely in its original state, but they ask Jeff to give a facelift to the 230-year-old fireplace. Their kitchen is a hodge podge of additions that just doesn't match the rest of their house, so Jeff and his team rip the whole thing out and bring in a bright, clean farmhouse kitchen with blue cabinets and fresh white quartz countertops. The mudroom is a strange 1950s addition with no character, so Jeff repurposes old lumber he finds in their garage to create custom storage and add beams to the walls, giving it an old log cabin feel.
