Patient CHEUNG SUM KIT has a very poor relationship with his elder sister YAU. KIT is transvestism and being sent to the hospital due to his suicidal tendencies. KIT makes a request to YAN for taking a sex change operation. NAM’s pregnancy is a distress to YAN. He wants NAM to give the baby to some voluntary agencies after birth.
