Devdutt threatens Yashodhara that war might be the end of Siddhrtha's life. Mangala declares Yashodhara to be unlucky for Siddhartha and kingdom. Devdutt learns that the whole war scene is King Dandpani's conspiracy against King Shuddhodhana. King Dandpani tells Devdutt that if he helps Prasanjit to win this war, Devdutt will get to marry Yashodhara.
