Childhood friends, Thomas and Romain run a brasserie in downtown Antibes, in the Alpes-Maritimes. Despite an ideal location, their establishment is drowning in debt and could close within a few months. The two managers have both worked in the world of high gastronomy, Romain having even been the chef of a starred restaurant for several years. The chef Philippe Etchebest is therefore faced with a real challenge: to find out why their business is going so badly despite their rich experience.
