To improve her look, Melissa had a nose job, ears pinned, breast implants, brow lift, tummy tuck, Lasik surgery and teeth whitened and straightened. David's procedure included a nose job, brow lift, upper and lower eye lifts, chin augmentation, neck lift, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers.
